I have to say What an amazing experience start to finish! Paul, you were very understanding of our needs, patient and accommodating in finding just the right product for us! The quotes from Amanda very timely. And last but certainly not least, the delivery people - I almost don't know where to start; they contacted the primary here the evening before delivery and arranged the delivery time around his schedule, not theirs; they were prompt, actually a little early, completed our screening tools without complaint and unloaded the product for us. They were very friendly and accommodating. The ES coordinator and I moved the chairs into the building for quarantine until Tuesday when they will role out to the residents rooms, well in time for Christmas!
